Flow & volume basis

Bioactive X54 dosing and flotation illustrate the configured sequence; these motions do not establish a saved dose or measured separation. Layer proportions are illustrative. Event volume boundaries and the water-contribution basis below remain unchanged.

The pump serves filling and draining in separate illustrated phases; hose routing is schematic. Distribution uses the user-supplied 2,500 US gal working capacity and an assumed full opening volume. Its modeled remainder equals 2,500 minus the cumulative metered inlet transfer. No refill is assumed; a transfer above capacity is flagged. This is a replay model, not a measured inventory reading. Paddle geometry follows the photos; rotation speed is illustrative. Inlet motion does not add a second saved volume. For a draining event, the receiving illustration rises from empty to the recorded starting volume before dosing. That opening fill is not a measured boundary; the recorded readouts retain the saved start. Discharge then replays the saved start/end change. A filling event replays the change during the inlet phase.

Water-tote artwork follows the photograph. The existing 5 × 5 × 5 ft / approximately 935 US gal gross assumption is retained until actual dimensions or a rated capacity are supplied. Distribution and water containers are under Storage. The distribution card uses the working capacity; no manufacturer rating, dimensions or opening reading have been recorded. Scene sizes are balanced for readability, not a physical scale drawing.

For this event only: processed meter volume × (100% − recorded total-solids %). This treats the non-solids fraction as a water-volume proxy using equal-density and complete-separation assumptions, not a measured recovery yield. When solids are missing, a 90% water assumption is used; invalid solids prevent a water-fill calculation.

Water storage is assumed empty at the start, with no withdrawals. The fill shows this event's calculated contribution, not cumulative or measured inventory. Capacity uses recorded dimensions as a gross rectangular volume, without wall thickness or operating headroom. Excess volume is flagged, not silently discarded. No readings, calculation inputs or accounting records are written.

How to read this comparison

The available source comparison and any specified destination comparison meet the configured numerical tolerance. This is not accounting authorization. Water outlet quantities are not included in this comparison; their readings are not recorded.

Tank changes support the comparison; they do not replace measured throughput. A dash means unavailable evidence or an undefined percentage. For zero meter volume, inspect absolute gallon differences.

Boundary selection: the start uses the latest reading in the preceding hour; the end uses the earliest reading in the following hour.

A GOOD reading code describes reading quality. Evidence completeness, calibration and result authorization are reviewed separately. Calculation review is determined by the selected method run.
